Shampoo and Soap?

Why is shampoo in a different aisle of the grocery store than soap? And! It's not as if there's like overflow from one aisle to the next, the aisle with the soap is two aisles over from the aisle with the shampoo! What is going on? Seriously? Shampoo and soap? Kind of go together like peanut butter and jelly or spaghetti and meatballs.
